The unique and complex individual needs of today’s youth and their families require more attention than any single educator, interventionist, or entity can provide alone. This work requires a greater collective impact from our community, and CISM is only part of it. The Communities In Schools model is proven and powerful, but it’s only possible because of relationships. At CISM, we like to think of relationships as our “special sauce.”
Our partnerships with youth- and family-focused organizations across all sectors are what create opportunities and access to resources for those we serve. We’re fortunate to have more than 100 local partners supporting us in this critical work, and our ability to expand and sustain it into the future will depend on building new relationships with those who share our commitment to helping Memphis students overcome barriers to success in school and life.

School Partners
A school that opts in to receive integrated student supports or college and career readiness support
District Partners
A school district that opts in to receive integrated student supports or college and career readiness support for one or more of its schools for the school year
Community Partners
Our alumni are equipped with the capacity and power to create possibilities for themselves.
Corporate Partners
An organization or individual that provides a service, resource, or financial contribution to an area of CISM programming during the fiscal year and/or beyond for the school year
Sponsors
An organization or individual that provides a one time service, resource, or financial contribution to a special event or area of CISM programming during the fiscal year
